Currently, he is a developer with a Boston agency where he works on WordPress projects for various international clients.
Toni founded Slicejack.com when he was 21 years old. During the last 6 years Slicejack has grown from one-man show to a team that has an office in Split and services clients worldwide.
Lucijan is a designer — always ready to experiment with new technologies and try out different approaches for specific problems. He might occasionally design a logo in Illustrator but his natural habitat is the browser. It’s where he is most comfortable — working with HTML & CSS, adjusting whitespace, colours, typography and tinkering with interfaces until it feels easy enough to use. Jurica is WordPress enthusiast, active member of local WordPress community, and uses WordPress since 2007. He started contributing back to WordPress in 2010. as translator and polyglot team leader for Croatian WordPress community. After years of freelancing he now works for his own boutique agency providing custom theme solutions, 3D design services and white label services.
After starting with web development in 1999 and later PHP, my first contact with WordPress as a developer was around 10 years ago, when I used it to make a few quick websites for friends. After pursuing various career choices throughout the years, I’ve circled back to using WordPress as my daily tool when engaging in various web projects. Right now, I’m a developer with a Boston based agency where I’m focused on running a large WordPress network for a international software security company.
Igor Benić is a web developer from Opatija, Croatia. While learning web development with PHP he encountered WordPress as a blogging tool. Since 2009 WordPress is his choice for developing simple and complex web solutions. He is also the author of 4 eBooks about web development, mainly about WordPress and the co-founder of LakoTuts where he writes tutorials in Croatian.
Faruk Garić is a WordPress developer from Tešanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Love towards his work was born while he was still in school. During his career he worked for a several companies as a freelancer, as well as a regular employee. In the beginning of this year he founded a small home business together with his wife – Include Development, and they work on different WordPress projects and their localization.
He is one of the main initiators in establishment of Bosnian WordPress community, as well as an active member of Croatian WordPress community. He likes to spend his spare time with his wife and playing football with friends.
Emanuel Blagonić is a designer from Croatia with years of expertise in working with both small and large, international clients. He thinks of himself as a problem solver rather than being simply – “just a designer”. Once, a strong advocate of web standards, he now wants to improve Croatian web design and WordPress communities by talking about good practices and not accepting “No” as an answer to any problem. Borko Livić, developer iz Pule, s WordPressom radi otprilike od kad se pojavio “Duke”, (v.2.0, 2005.godina).
